背景簡(jiǎn)介:
支氣管哮喘(bronchial asthma,簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)哮喘)是一種以嗜酸性粒細(xì)胞、肥大細(xì)胞反應(yīng)為主的氣道變應(yīng)性炎癥和氣道反應(yīng)性為特征的疾病。由于哮喘的發(fā)病機(jī)制復(fù)雜,病因與發(fā)病機(jī)理尚不明了,臨床實(shí)驗(yàn)受倫理及方法限制,因此需要通過(guò)構(gòu)建哮喘動(dòng)物模型來(lái)研究疾病發(fā)生發(fā)展以及制定相應(yīng)治療措施。塵螨是常見(jiàn)的空氣過(guò)敏原,85%的哮喘患者對(duì)塵螨過(guò)敏。屋塵螨是一種免疫復(fù)合物,能夠激活先天免疫和后天免疫應(yīng)答。研究表明,HDM中的蛋白酶,如胰蛋白酶樣酶,催過(guò)敏有促進(jìn)作用,從而導(dǎo)致過(guò)敏幾天對(duì)塵螨的過(guò)敏反應(yīng)。
利用塵螨誘發(fā)動(dòng)物建立哮喘模型,方法簡(jiǎn)便,操作性強(qiáng),且成功率高。
美國(guó)Greer 公司專(zhuān)注于過(guò)敏原檢測(cè),提供各種動(dòng)物、植物及食品、真菌等各種過(guò)敏原提取物。塵螨過(guò)敏原提取物,廣泛應(yīng)用于哮喘模型的制備。

產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用:
1.該產(chǎn)品為凍干粉,一般推薦客戶參照COA中的蛋白濃度做稀釋?zhuān)蛻羰盏截浐笥萌ルx子水或蒸餾水稀釋至相應(yīng)工作濃度或儲(chǔ)液濃度。比如:2.5ml包裝的,加入2.5ml水,因?yàn)槊總€(gè)批次的蛋白含量有差異,可根據(jù)質(zhì)檢報(bào)告,計(jì)算終濃度??蛻粢部梢罁?jù)自身實(shí)驗(yàn)要求,稀釋到任意濃度。
2.過(guò)敏原稀釋后,如果一次用不完,推薦分裝后-20℃保存(可分裝成使用濃度后保存)??蓛鋈谝淮?,解凍后,在一周內(nèi)用完。
3.凍干粉過(guò)敏原效期為10年。
4.常見(jiàn)的兩個(gè)比較相似的產(chǎn)品:B82 和B84,B82 和B84,均只代表D.pteronyssinus,不是實(shí)際訂貨貨號(hào),D.pteronyssinus產(chǎn)品分粗制品和凍干粉,實(shí)貨都是凍干粉。凍干粉是粗品進(jìn)一步純化后的產(chǎn)品。B82和B84在粗品階段,只在純度上有細(xì)微差別,貨號(hào)分別為:RMB82M 和RMB84M。凍干粉的D.pteronyssinus只有XPB82D3A2.5這一個(gè)貨號(hào)(是由粗品RMB82M純化后獲得。)
